Tinisha M. Glenn
Founder/Attorney
I am a native of Birmingham, Alabama. I received my Associate of Science degree from Faulkner University, in 1999, and I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Samford University, in 2003. After earning my Bachelor’s degree, I attended the Birmingham School of Law where I earned my Juris Doctor degree, in 2007. In 2019, I graduated from Elder Law College.
While attending law school, I found a passion for Wills & Estates and Business Transactions. Wills & Estates intrigued me because it provided a solution to avoid family conflict and pre-plan for death. Business Transactions intrigued me because I knew I wanted to eventually own my own business, and help other businesses with the formation of their business.
During law school, I worked as a paralegal for a small law firm where I gained valuable legal experience. Not only did I gain valuable legal experience, I learned how a law firm operated on a daily basis. After law school, I had the opportunity to work as a paralegal in the estate planning department of a respected law firm where I gained valuable experience in drafting estate planning documents. After passing the bar, I worked as an attorney for Samford University in the College of Health Sciences. After serving more than seven years at Samford, I decided that I wanted to help more people and practice law in the areas that intrigued and captured my interest in law school. I took the leap of faith and established The Glenn Law Firm, LLC in March of 2018.
The Glenn Law Firm, LLC, is the result of my FAITH in God and PERSEVERANCE. I view the practice of law as a CALLING; a CALLING for which I thank God for placing in my life. I take the CALLING serious and represent my clients with zeal.
I believe in listening to each client as they express their goals, needs, and concerns. I effectively communicate with my clients and keep them informed on the status of their legal matters and I return phone calls. I understand that trust is earned. I strive to earn my clients’ trust by getting to know them, being transparent, and reassuring my clients that I have their best interest at heart. I go the extra mile for my clients and treat my clients with respect.
When I am not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching HGTV, shopping, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
